Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, is the psychological acupressure technique

The techniques are simple and can be used effectively as a self-help tool, which
empowers people to actively contribute to their own healing and development process.
In practice, EFT is performed by applying pressure or tapping with your fingertips
on various meridians or energy centers throughout your body while focusing on the
stress or negative emotions, pain, problems or challenges you want to clear.

Yoga
For centuries Yoga has been known to have amazing spiritual and benefits
allowing its devout practitioners to achieve incredible feats through exercising
their body and spirit. As a Certified Yoga Instructor I can help you relax your
mind and strengthen your body, help you find equilibrium between spiritual and physical
and just plain feel and look great! Yoga has become a popular tool for people to
relive negative energies as they start on the journey of bettering themselves and
should never be overlooked by anybody.
I am practicing Iyengar Yoga, is a form of Hatha Yoga focusing on
the performance of posture (asana), breath control (pranayama) and meditation.
